Inside the Box — Hometown Soccer
A repeatable soccer activation system built around a simple participation mechanic - designed to bring players, fans and local communities into the story of a
new Jersey club.
I SEE AN OPPORTUNITY IN JERSEY
A new professional club. A major youth-soccer footprint at NEXUS. Thousands of players and families already connected to the game.
I’m interested in the space between those things — how content, participation and fan experiences can help build a club that feels unmistakably Jersey from day one, with an identity shaped by the players, families, clubs and communities already here.
Participation can build identity, not just engagement.
A format like USA Crossbar Challenge gives local players, clubs and families something they can create, share and pass through their own communities — allowing Jersey soccer to help tell the club’s story from the ground up.
For a new Jersey club, the opportunity isn’t just content people watch. It’s formats people can join.

CONTENT / SOCCER STORYTELLING
WHEN THE GLOVE CHANGED THE SAVE
A familiar moment, viewed from a different angle.
I revisited the 1970 World Cup through the goalkeeper’s perspective — looking at how equipment, technique and risk shaped the way saves were made before the modern glove changed the position.
The project started with a small technical observation and became a larger piece of soccer storytelling: finding the detail others overlook, building a point of view around it, and turning that into content with a reason to exist.
